Matthew Baldwin, MA
Matthew is Fifthstreets Accountant and has over 20 years' experience in accounting and financial management. A founding member of the Fifthstreet Management team, he oversees financial reporting, service charge accounts, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio. Before joining Fifthstreet, he worked with KPMG, HSBC, and Schwarzkopf, bringing broad commercial and financial expertise. He is known for his professionalism, practical approach, and strong working relationships with clients, auditors, and colleagues.
Paul Hnatiuk, MTPI AssocRICS
Paul has over 25 years' experience in residential property management, with particular expertise in working with Resident Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs), and freeholders. He is recognised for his proactive, practical approach and his ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, residents, and colleagues.
Craig Covell MTPI AssocRICS
Craig has more than 20 years' experience in the residential property sector, including over 17 years in residential block management. His background also includes lettings and relocation management, giving him a broad understanding of the industry. He has managed some of Central London's most prestigious residential developments and is known for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Rachel Allen MTPI
Rachel has over 20 years' experience in the residential property sector, including more than 15 years as a Property Manager. As Building Safety and Compliance Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the company's portfolio complies with all relevant building safety, fire safety, and health and safety legislation. She is known for her thorough, proactive approach and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Robert A Baldwin
Former Director of the Wood Group, Bob is semi-retired and acts as consultant to Fifthstreet. He has accrued a wealth of experience in the management of prestigious mansion blocks in and around Central London over the last 30 years.
Kathryn J Bentley, BA (Hons)
Kathryn is a property accountant with over 30 years' experience in residential and commercial property management accounts and has been with Fifthstreet Management for almost 20 years. Before joining the firm, she worked for Dunlop Hayward & Warner Estates, building extensive expertise in property accounting and financial administration. She is recognised for her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to providing an efficient, client-focused financial service.
Claire Collins
Claire has over 12 years' experience in the residential property sector, having begun her career in lettings before moving into block management. She manages a portfolio of developments while supporting the wider property management team, and is committed to providing a professional, responsive service built on trust, transparency, and strong client relationships.
Sarah Allen
Sarah has over 14 years’ experience in the residential property sector, with a strong background in accounting and office management. She specialises in lease payments, tenant receipts, and day-to-day accounting processes, bringing accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to support clients, tenants, and colleagues.
