Fifthstreet Management Limited is a group of property professionals and ancillary staff with a century of Property Management experience between them.

The company was formed in 2005 in response to specific requests by a number of long-term clients, dissatisfied with falling standards of residential managing agents.

The industry was consolidating into a diminishing number of companies looking to provide a one-stop service with interchangeable personnel across all disciplines and a drive to maximise fees. This was not what we believed was required by Resident Management Companies or Lessee Freehold Companies who are responsible to their shareholders.

Residential Property Management has evolved over the past twenty years from what was a simple regime where a landlord provided services to the professional specialist sector with ever increasing legislation that we have today.

Fifthstreet are well aware of the intricacies of the legislation, each of our Directors having been in this specialised field for over twenty years. Our staff are accredited by professional institutions such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and The Property Institute.
